Kangaroo…

Wild Life

“One meal I’m constantly reminded about is when I ate kangaroo tail in the desert in Australia; it wasn’t necessarily my favorite, but I will always remember it.”

Rob Machado

Well the thought of the “taste” did cross over my mind, hahaha nahh!!!. But seriously i did bump into a carcass of a road kill. A dead kangaroo, maybe a fairly young one on the side of the road. So sad, I couldn’t bear to take pictures tho but I think later I should. Just as a reminder and warning to all rider and drivers alike to not travel these roads at night as the wild life love to come out when the air is cooler. But most importantly drive with caution. In this morning case however, it was overwhelmingly cold with the temperature dropping as low as 11 Celsius. You can see from the picture above how dark and gloomy the sky is.  My hands and fingers were numb which made the ride bit uncomfortable. Alas no matter, i’m now safe at Apollo Bay…Stay Tune for my next update! Tomorrow would be more on exploring the area. Nite guys, i’m off into my pouch 😉
